What makes Merz b. Schwanen garments unique?
Our garments are crafted on original circular knitting machines, also known as loopwheelers, from the early to mid-20th century. This slow process creates a seamless fabric with no side seams, ensuring exceptional comfort and long-lasting quality.
How do I find the right size?
Our heritage-inspired fits can vary. We provide detailed size charts on every product page. Since many of our items are made from 100% organic cotton, we recommend checking if the item is 'pre-washed' or if slight shrinkage should be expected after the first wash.
Where do you ship and what are the costs?
We offer worldwide shipping from our warehouse in Germany. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. We use carbon-neutral shipping partners whenever possible.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
How should I care for my loopwheeled clothing?
To preserve the structure and longevity of the fabric, we recommend washing at 30°C (86°F) with a mild detergent. Avoid tumble drying; instead, reshape the garment while damp and lay it flat to dry.
